One recent opinion poll revealed the depth of the hostility in Turkey toward Americans: 53 percent of Turks who responded to the 2005 Pew Global Attitudes survey associated Americans with the word "rude"; 70 percent with "violent"; 68 percent with "greedy"; and 57 percent with "immoral."
Take out "greedy" and you have the words I associate with Islamic countries. Human hypocrisy fascinates me. These people with their PMS-religion and their cheesy culture write cheap melodrama to make up for an inability to compete. What can you say about a culture whose only means of getting attention is to commit suicide? Their Cinema is as worthless as the two (western) has-beens they got to appear in this movie.
